ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. We never want to turn our backs on a customer and we always do whatever
we can to meet your needs. If your units are small, we can offer suggestions
to get you product manufactured at the best possible price.
Q. What is your turn around time?
A. Printing is usually two weeks but we do offer a rush service, often as quick as
72 hours. A full package can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks depending on
the quantity.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. Please email or fax our accounts payable department with your CORPORATE
NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and CONTACT PERSON and we will gladly
get right back to you with payment options.
Q. Where are your garments manufactured?
A. Domestic, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
Q. Can I watch the garment and/or printing process in action?
A. Our customers are always welcome to visit our facility and meet with our staff.
